About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, systems-minded Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key operational backbone for Four All Ice Cream, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day inventory movements, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining the documentation accuracy that keeps our product moving from our kitchen to 300+ retail partners — and growing.

We are a small, tight-knit team, so the right candidate is hands-on, organized, and ready to build and maintain systems that scale. And, of course, you must LOVE ice cream!

Job Type: Full-time - 30 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day ice cream inventory movements and maintain accurate documentation as we scale to 300+ retail partners
• Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and incident resolution with third-party cold storage partners (Erb/ErbX) and distributors
• Implement and maintain rigorous lot tracing for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Conduct weekly stock checks at retail and partner locations (e.g., UW campuses)
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled On Time and In Full (OTIF) and report on fulfillment metrics
• Log, investigate, and resolve any delivery incidents or quality holds
• Assist in monthly physical inventory counts and variance reporting
