About the Role

The Scoop Shop Lead is a key leadership role responsible for bringing our brand to life in every guest interaction, every shift, and every scoop. This leader sets the tone for a welcoming team culture and a memorable shop experience by leading with heart, coaching with consistency, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly, safely, and successfully.

This role is accountable for results while creating an environment where team members feel supported, guests feel genuinely cared for, and the brand shows up with warmth, pride, and consistency every day.
